Forney Industries Introduces Next Generation of Welding and Plasma Cutting Machines

Forney Industries, a nationwide leader in distribution of welding and metalworking products introduces a new generation of welding and plasma cutting machines designed for durability and performance. This refreshed and enhanced line is ideal for industrial markets, featuring three welders and a plasma cutter that have been crafted with reliable innovation and simplicity. These new machines demonstrate extraordinary welding and cutting performance at an enticing price.

“We worked hard to make the machines the best bang-for-your-buck welding machines out there.” Explains Josh Legoza, Senior Product and Technical Service Engineer. “We included all the features that people want while keeping the user interface and controls simple and easy to use. Technology has enabled so many amazing new features and capability in welding machines, but that has generally come with more complicated controls. We want to give welders access to these amazing features without making their machine too complicated.”

ForneyForney’s engineers examined every detail of these new machines to ensure they are intuitive, reliable and function successfully. Each machine is comprised of features adorned with innovation such as an integrated rubber mat to store tools, legs that double as a torch hanger and functional carrying device, easy-to-operate controls, and 15’ power cables and torches for an expansive working envelope. Each machine is backed with a 3- year warranty and Forney’s Expert-Tech™ service line, where you can speak directly with the engineers that manufactured the machines.

Legoza adds, “The past year has been an incredible project to bring Forney the capabilities to not only do final assembly of machines, but also rigorous inspection and quality control. We’re committed to not only giving the customer great features and benefits at a great price, but also great quality. It all comes together giving the welder has the features they need to get the job done with the simplicity and reliability to know that when they are getting to work, their machine isn’t going to let them down.”

The printed circuit board and its assembly are completed in P.R.C., but technicians at Forney Industries assemble the rest of the machine with sheet metal, aluminum die cast parts, aluminum extrusion handles and knobs—all of which are made in America and locally manufactured in Fort Collins, CO. Forney Industries strongly believes in the value of supplying jobs in the U.S.A, while providing exceptional value to their customers. This new generation of machines are reflective of those beliefs and continue to mirror the innovative roots that has made Forney Industries the company it is today—a respected leader in the welding and metalworking industry since 1932.

Forney“I am proud that my family started this company almost a century ago and high-quality has always been, and remains, paramount to all of us and our employees,” added Steve Anderson, President and CEO of Forney Industries. “It’s the Forney promise that the products we offer to our users are of the highest quality and we offer our customers the products they need to remain successful.”
