Shane O’Rourke screws up. He has the best intentions, but doesn’t always think things through. He means well, really he does. This book deserves 10 stars plus, Brina has taken the the story of Julian and Shane to the moon and back and than some. The story continues with Julian collaring Shane in their ceremony. But Shane as Shane does gets into trouble with a fellow sub..With other trouble brewing around them not all goes well the further you read. I cant rate this highly enough, its a MUST read. I'm looking forward to book 3..

Please note that this story is about a Dom and his Sub if this bothers you don’t read it but you have no idea what you would be missing also this is about a black man and his lover just happens to be his own white angle. If this is an issue for you; well you have been warned. Best books I’ve read in one day.
For some this might be an issue this story is about a Black man/Dom who happens to fall head over heels for a white angle. Julien and Shane’s story is unbelievable and heart breaking and heart warming.

What can one say about Brina Brady’s Bent over series other than freaking brilliant and fantastic.
This is about a boy and his Dom. A Dom who would do anything to keep his boy/sub to himself so that no others can have him.
Shane is a long way from home with no one to care or help him. He happens to set his eyes on a beautiful black man. For some would say Shane is almost like white trash but there is something in him that Julien his Dom just can’t get enough of.
Shane has a history and a hard time staying away from drugs and lying. One can hope that his love and trust in his Dom can help he overcome all his fears and hopefully open up and be one with Julien.
This is a must read and I can’t wait for book 3 to continue their story of love, hate, trust, loyalty, obedience, self hate and discuss. Can love heal old wounds or will his life be shattered again by ones he loves and trusts.

"Don't throw me away," Shane whispered, to himself.

I love it when the second book in a series is as good if not better than the first. For me, this was even better than Bend Over.

We pick up shortly after where book one left off. I loved Julien in this book! It's funny, I didn't like him at all in the beginning of book one. Now, he's my favorite character. I loved seeing him grow in this one. He figured out his mistakes and set out to correct them. His love for Shane is obvious. He wants to take care of him in every way, but is also understanding Shane is young and will make mistakes.

Young Shane gets himself in trouble again. Afraid of Julien finding out, he makes matters worse for himself in a big way. It's easy to get frustrated with him but then I remember he's only 19 years old. He wants so much to be good for Julien. He wants to please him, make him happy and be the best sub Julien could ask for. Julien gives him everything he needs. He is helping him learn to deal with his problems the right way and not with drugs. He pays for his college and lets him work at one of his clubs to be independent and earn some of his own money.
But as usual, something always seems to get in the way of their progress. This time besides the lies and rule breaking, it's a couple of different people trying to ruin their relationship.

These two are really good together and for each other. Neither is perfect, both make mistakes. But they belong together and you can't help but root for them.

The author gives us an awesome story line with many obstacles in their journey toward their HEA.

Just the right amount of angst, lots of exciting twists & turns, and hot lovin'.
Also met some new characters in this one. And I'm excited to learn more about them.
Can't wait for the next book! 5 stars

Wow !!! This is one book you won't want to put down and certainly won't want to "Throw Away" !!
I read this in one day and absolutely loved it !!!
Shane and Julien are still stubborn and Shane's defiance is still causing problems, but, add in a few people also throwing accusations around about Shane and Shane's fears of not being able to be everything Julien needs him to be and it leads to an emotional and angsty read.
FANTASTIC !!
