    That was great! This is a very difficult position to teach. When you asked her to open her sits bones, had you noticed that she was internally rotated at the hip? This was a great compliment to the video that Casey did with prone leg rhythms. I very much appreciate your tips!

    Thanks for your comment. Yes, she was tending to go into external rotation and squeeze around the sitz bones.
