Here’s two little log snowmen that stand up on their own made by Lorilee! These would go great by the fireplace or on your front porch!
Materials Needed:
- Black and Orange felt
- Hot glue gun
- Ribbon
- 2 Twigs/sticks
- Wood dowels
- Drill/chainsaw
- Wood Logs sliced
Cut the log with a chainsaw into three slices and cut straight edges off the bottoms so they can stack nicely. Drill a hole in the top/bottoms and stick a dowel in a few inches. Glue on the snowman’s facial features with felt and a hot glue gun. Tie a wide ribbon around the neck for a scarf and drill two small holes to stick the twigs in for the arms!
Here’s a cute outdoor snowman decoration using logs! Thanks to Ashleigh for letting me feature it (and her hubby who made it) I think it would be great for places that don’t get snow in the winter.
