Pros: good coffee, nice music, and a good space to get some work or reading done
Cons: my sandwich I ordered was a complete rip off. For NEARLY $12 you too can have a plain ham and cheese sandwich with no chips/sides! It was also supposed to have tomato and Swiss, and be toasted, but those elements were mysteriously missing. Parking was also limited/non-existen. Finally, service was slow because there was only one staff member running the coffee bar and kitchen (which led to a line and frustrated patrons)Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jan 14, 2024
Unfortunately I did not read reviews before I ordered and drank my chai. When I opened up Yelp, I was shocked to see others agreed it was the "worst chai of my/their life", but m honestly - same. It was totally drinkable! But I would describe it as frothed milk with cinnamon and sugar on top. I couldn't have told you if there was chai tea, earl grey, or coffee in my drink, it really just tasted like milk with a shot of ambiguous tea.
That being said - service was fast, and the folks behind the counter were very nice. They reported pastries and baked goods are made in-house and that the carrot cake is the most popular.
There were very few empty seats on a weekend afternoon, but the ambiance was friendly and relatively quiet. I'd probably prefer noise canceling headphones if I tried teleworking there but it honestly seemed doable. I'm sure I'll go back again - but as you may guess, I will be trying a different beverage next timeHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ellen R.Lynnwood, WA1013Apr 14, 2024
I was waiting behind the register to order a drink for quite awhile when finally a batista told me that the line was over at the other side where the coffee was being made. New people walked and she asked if I was waiting to order and when I said yes barked at me that I needed to get to the back of the line. There was no clear indication in the place for a line and I'd patiently waited.

Like someone said, THE WORST CHAI LATTE EVER!
Some watery nonsense. Also, the barista was strangely keep rushing us to order as soon as we walked in. Honestly, negative experience.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 2 - Jasmine J.Seattle, WA1667118Nov 20, 2023
Without question, the worst chai tea latte I have ever had in my entire 31 years of latte. No flavor or spice, watery, and yet expensive. I honestly left angry. I wanted to give a local spot a try and I understand that chai may not be a speciality of theirs. However, if you can't make a good chai- just simply do not have one then. I'm not being melodramatic nor did I hassle the lovely barista for a refund. I'm just never coming back nor encouraging others to try it out.

Came in here to give local coffee my money and the guy was rude about my pet inside. There was someone in the way when i got in so I didn't see the no pets allowed sign. There's a nicer way to speak to customers. Won't be coming back.

I would give it 10 stars is that was an option
Consistently the best coffee anywhere
And oh the pastries well they rival all the big names
And always friendly staff
Plus you can walk off any calories you consume at the park across the streetHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Chelsea K.San Francisco, CA10220Apr 22, 2023
I'm still butt hurt about my visit today. They charge you $.75 for ice. Ice! Not to mention that if you bought the same size drink but hot, you'd get more product. My drink before tip was $8.63 (for a 16oz oat milk latte). I understand it's not 2008 anymore and coffee isn't $4, but this is just way too much. Two stars because the drink was fine, but not worth it.
