Human Services Bill Priorities

CSAC has recently taken support positions on a number of bills within the human services policy area. These bills would support foster children and youth, increase information sharing between county agencies, and further the ability of counties to provide services to older adults. Read more.

California Water Data Consortium to hold LiDAR Workshop

On Monday, May 16, from 9 a.m. to Noon PST, the California Water Data Consortium will host a virtual cross-sector gathering to build common ground and collaboration on needs and uses of LiDAR derived products in California. Read more.

The Institute for Local Government (ILG), of which CSAC is a parent organization, is excited to announce the release of our updated Planning Commissioners Handbook. As local governments across the state are facing increased pressure to plan for growing populations, increase their housing supply, and create more sustainable communities. Read more.
