Survey: Social Impact Needs More Leaders
In the face of complex, global challenges like climate change, food and water security, and social equity, we simply must be able to put forward the best possible teams and leaders. If you're like most social impact professionals, you're craving new leadership tools, practices and resources designed for a new economy.

In our international work with socially responsible businesses, NGOs and governments, we're beginning to see the early signs of changes to the face of leadership. It's more than a focus on innovation, or the acceptance that businesses have a role to play in solving social problems. It's a shift in mindset—in the way successful leaders think about, face, and engage with problems.

You're a leader in this movement. We're interested to learn your thoughts and opinions. This will inform a solution we're developing that's designed to equip and empower social impact professionals like you.

This simple survey includes 11 leadership questions (and 10 demographic questions at the end) which should take you no more than 10 minutes to answer. Your responses will be held anonymous and confidential.  Thanks for taking the time to share your perspective with us!
