Outdoor Walking - Expression of interest

Thank you for your interest in this research project. The National Trust, along with environmental psychologist Eleanor Ratcliffe, are studying how coastal walking makes people feel and how they sleep. This project is being conducted until 17 August 2015.

As part of this we would like to ask you a short set of questions before an outdoor walk by the sea, just after your walk, and again the following morning. These questions will be asked in the form of an online survey, accessed via links that we will email to you. Participants who complete the questionnaire are eligible to receive a free day pass to a National Trust property in return for their time and help.
