Finding value in improving team dynamics with IBM and Globoforce

It’s logical to believe that the dynamics of teams in the workplace – i.e., the personality traits and motivations of their members, as they interrelate – play a role in boosting the engagement of employees. Vendors of technology for human capital management (HCM), who continually tout their applications’ abilities in this area, appear to agree. They also appear, at times, to grasp for ways to translate these improvements into benefits that CFOs appreciate, but the implications of a partnership between IBM Smarter Workforce and Globoforce look like a boon to the cause.
