Velvet is making a comeback BIG TIME and this is one 90's revival trend I can definitely get behind! Dresses, bags, shoes...I want velvet everything at thing point. Not only is it perfect for winter, but it's beyond perfect for the Holiday Season. It's also a great material to wear if you're looking for something festive, but not really into dressing in red or green! In other news I got my hair cut at a new salon (I'm not cheating on my regular stylist, but I got a gift card for my birthday and desperately needed a hair cut so I gave it a shot) and even though I was freakin' terrified by how much she was cutting the front of my hair during the actual hair cut I'm obsessed with how it came out. It has so much more volume now and overall my hair feels lighter and air dries so nice! Note to self don't panic in the salon chair...9 times out of 10 the stylist knows what she's doing!
