- M. R.April 21, 2011Possibly the busiest train station in the world with 10 train lines intersecting here! The Skyscraper District is at the West Exit, while the East Exit is the shopping district. Get a map!Upvoted 2 weeks ago
- Get completely lost and confused the first couple times you come lol. There is a JR exchange office here near the east exit. Line is usually way shorter than at the airport.Upvoted 3 weeks ago
- Ty 查佛思January 12, 2015Soo many people at station. Very easy to get lost. If you have trouble finding places, best to just ask a station attendant before straying too far. Easily one of the busiest stations I have been to.
- DensFebruary 20, 2015This is really an "all thru Tokyo" tip but whenever you see a drink machine throw in a few Yen & try something new. Don't drink the same thing twice. ProTip: blue light = cold drink, red light = hot!Upvoted 1 week ago

- CJNApril 29, 2012Southern terrace entrance is easiest for catching the Narita Express. Save yourself a long walk. Just cross the street from the taxi drop off at south entrance and hook around to the right a bit.
- Mark J.January 28, 2020It may be the busiest station in the world, but it's very well signed - apps like Google Maps can tell you which exit number to take, and platforms are announced weeks in advance. Fear not!

- Arief EngahNovember 10, 2020One bloody big station, seriously big. You really wanna know or plan your way around here if you’re on a tight schedule. It should have its own zip code if any. Massive
- Ben VidulichMarch 17, 2018Plan your trip with Google Maps. It will show you the train line, platform number, colour code (follow station signs), departure time and fare amount. Tip applies at all stations.
- TobyApril 5, 2013a 1-day ticket for all three subway lines companies cost 1580 Yen, for two 1000 Yen, for one 700 Yen. see if it is worth it or pay-as-you-go
- ZaraFebruary 5, 2015Busiest train station in the world probably. Know which platform you need to get to in advance if possible to save from getting lost. Hard to find elevators down the the Narita Express platforms.
- Kylie WilsonMarch 8, 2017Biggest in Japan! A tourist attraction just for watching the organised chaos.

- Biggest in Tokyo. Don’t hesitate to ask around if you’re lost!
- Another huge station in Tokyo. It's usual to go to another exit passing a train track. Was confused at first.
- EXITS MATTER. Make sure you are exiting at the correct one because once you're out of the train terminals, it becomes harder to cross over to different sides of the station.
