Temple students selected to participate in the ProRanger program take part in a training session prior to their summer internships.

Five years since the ProRanger program was established at Temple, students continue to obtain paid summer internships that lead to full-time positions as park rangers.

Co-administered by the National Park Service, the program consists of several required courses, hands-on training, two summer internships and a conservation project at a national park. Read about students' firsthand experiences with ProRanger, as noted in USA Today.
