Another dated hair trend gets a modern upgrade.
For as much time as we spend conditioning, hydrating, and trimming the ends of our hair—we don't actually do much to them when it comes to styling. Modern hairstyles prefer ends that are flat or straight; they should seamlessly blend in with the rest of the hair. But part of the '90s resurgence in beauty and fashion has brought new life to hairstyles previously deemed dated: layers and ends that are flipped, curled, and rolled-under. So break out your round brush: whether in a bob reminiscent of Michelle Pfeiffer in Scarface, or a longer style with defined face-framing layers, coiffed ends are making a major comeback.
