We've seen several ALS Ice Bucket Challenges over the past few weeks. They have been weird, sexy, cute and hilarious.

But few have been as heartwarming as the one that features Governor General David Johnston.

Following up on a challenge from John Baker, chairman of Waterloo-based company Communitech and CEO of Desire2Learn, Johnston did the challenge right in front of Rideau Hall and proved himself to be equal parts showman and statesman.

It's perfectly executed, from the soaking to the fountain to the kids at the end. Johnston just looks like he's having the best time.

We could never be royals, but this video shows it can be fun to represent them.
