The interns required skill set:
  • Seeking an ambitious 3rd- 4th year Marketing/Business/Communications student or recent graduate to become a valuable part of our team in the capacity of an unpaid intern for a period of 3 months

A list of tasks the intern may assist with:
These include, but not limited to

  • Lead generation and nurture
  • Contacting existing and potential clients
  • Maintaining appropriate manual and computerised records and data bases
  • Digital marketing – Setting up eDMs in business specific templates
  • Use of SalesForce CRM
  • Sourcing images from iStock and photo library
  • Provision of other marketing support as required
  • Providing confidential administrative support
  • Actively managing the flow of correspondence and communication to and from the MD’s office
  • Initiating efficiencies and improvements in the administration and coordination of the office
  • Providing admin support to meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, scheduling and follow-up
  •  Drafting routine correspondence and working on confidential projects, plans and reports
  • Undertaking specific projects including preliminary research and analysis
  • Providing superior word processing, spreadsheet and data entry support
  • Coordinating the supply of office supplies and equipment, and the provision of refreshment
