KATE SHEPHERD: EXHIBITS THAT DEFY THE PANDEMIC
Sunday, July 19, midnight-1am
CAT RADIO CAFÉ
On this show: we feature artist Kate Shepherd whose spring exhibit at Galerie Lelong, “Suveillance,” opened on March 12 and was closed, a victim of the New York shut down, the following day. In the interim, her virtual walk-throughs, zoom talks, see-through-the-closed-gallery windows, drive-slowly-by-the-gallery-windows, and by-appointment-onlys – those methods of viewing imposed by the pandemic – have themselves turned into startling subtets of our physical, spiritual, and political predeicament.
Hosted by Janet Coleman and David Dozer
