Considering the multi-tweet rant, my prediction is that Don Trump Jr. is being arrested or indicted today. Something big is happening, beyond what is already on the books: Robert Mueller and New York prosecutors detail Michael Cohen’s cooperation in court, Mueller also outlines why Paul Manafort’s plea deal was canceled, and James Comey is due in a closed-door committee sessions on the Hill.
Update: Here’s one explanation- White House chief of staff John Kelly is expected to leave in a few days. Oh well.

I wish it would be Jr getting indicted or arrested today. But it probably has to do with the Mueller investigation filing their reasons why they know Manafort lied to them and how. The report most likely details how Manafort was being used as a mole in the Mueller investigation for 45, he was relaying information and they were coordinating their lies. 45 knows he submitted written answers to Mueller’s questions to match Manafort’s lies – and now he knows Mueller had receipts to prove they were lying and colluding together.

Does the UN Ambassador get approved by Congress? I heard it called an “appointment” earlier, and that concerned me (instead of “nomination”).
I read an article listing the diplomatic experience of other UN Ambassadors, and it was INSANE. The UN Ambs. are NEGOTIATORS for deals, and all of the other powerful countries have people with DECADES of diplomatic experience as their ambassadors.
I think Trump is trying to insult the UN with her appointment and show how little he cares about it. The US will suffer for his hubris.
Any ambassador has to be confirmed by the Senate, not just the one to the UN. A president can make a recess appointment if congress is not in session at the time of the vacancy, but the appointee will still have to be confirmed once they are back in session.

In Wisconsin, the Democrats won something like 56% of the votes for congress…but they were awarded 47% of the seats because of gerrymandering. So the GOP won 44% of votes, but they get 53% control of state congress. Total disenfranchisement.
I heard a podcast that had clips from the citizens of Wisconsin speaking at the statehouse against the actions of the legislature, and they were ENRAGED. It honestly gave me hope. The GOP may have won this battle, but I think their actions will leave a strong distrust that will last for a long time. Hopefully the Dem gov. and SOS will be able to work around these impediments and protect the citizens from further disenfranchisement both in 2020 and the future.

With everything that’s happened in the last 2 years (this year alone is enough), I’ve been teetering on the edge of a nervous breakdown. If nothing comes of this investigation, I will have a full-blown breakdown, I swear. I just don’t know how much I can take of this anymore.
I understand a little of what you’re going through, 2017 drove me to medication. But a veteran once taught me that the best way to overcome fear is to plan ahead what you’d do in the event. This also works for the pathos of our nihilistic future. Don’t despair- make fallback plans. This world is an amazing place, with many wonderful countries to live in. Do some research, see where you’d like to live, it really helps make you feel better and like you have at least one iota of control. Gather allies- friends and family who’ll be willing to go as well. Make any financial arrangements possible that will enable a smoother transition to another land. That way, if the worst ever does happen, you will be prepared.
