20 Years of the Photo Gallery | From the Collection

Future Fragments
The exhibition Future Fragments is based on Þorgerður Ólafsdóttir’s artistic research project, where she ponders over phenomena related to the Anthropocene as well as our notion of cultural and natural heritage.
The Lögrétta Valences
On the 80th anniversary of the Republic of Iceland, in collaboration with Þingvellir National Park, the National Museum of Iceland will display valences that allegedly hung in Lögrétta (Court of Legislature) at Þingvellir in the late 18th century.
