EW has learned that Grey’s Anatomy actor Jason George, who first appeared on the show in season 6, has officially been promoted to a series regular for the show’s upcoming twelfth season. (George himself previously spilled the beans on Twitter.) As fans of the show know, George plays Ben, otherwise known as Bailey’s husband. And with the recent loss of Derek Shepherd, it’s no secret that Grey Sloan Memorial can use all the man power it can get.
