Jimmy Carlton Winfrey, the suspect identified in the shooting of Lil Wayne’s tour bus in April, was arrested by Cobb County (Ga.) Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, according to the office’s records website.

Winfrey was booked on charges of damage to property, terroristic threat, aggravated assault, discharge of firearms near a public highway/street, reckless conduct, criminal gang activity, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon or felony first offender, giving Winfrey a total of five felony and two misdemeanor charges, according to the records site. He is being held without bond.

Shots were fired at Wayne’s tour bus after Wayne’s appearance at an Atlanta nightclub on April 26, but no one was injured.

Winfrey once reportedly had ties with Young Thug, who himself has a publicly contentious relationship with Wayne, which reached a boiling point earlier this year when Young Thug announced plans to name his next album Carter 6. After being threatened with legal action, Thug changed it to Barter 6. Thug brought back the beef last week when he said he’d like to name his next mixtape Tha Cater V, a jab at Wayne’s next, yet perenially unreleased, record.
