I thought it was too good to be true. I checked in AGAIN and got ANOTHER $0.01 margarita..ya'll! There were only two other people in the place when when I walked in and they soon left. I could hear and smell my tacos cooking because I was the only person in the joint. My food was hot and fresh.

I love tripas tacos (extra crispy.) Always go with the classic Asada and felt adventurous and tried the Pulpo for the first time.

Honestly I love how the tacos come plain and you can dress them with your own fixins'

I looove lime and enjoy the unlimited supply.

There are so many varieties to try its hard to explain. I took a bite and tried different ways each bite!

Excellent value with a wide variety of tacos offered. My favorite was the pulp taco which are hard to find in Denver. My husband got his tripa tacos crispy. Nice family owned joint with attentive service.

Hands down, some of the best fajitas I've had for some time now. I ordered take-out this time, so the pic doesn't do the presentation Justice, but the taste is certainly there. Fresh ingredients and seasoned just right, you get plenty for two with just one order. While we didn't dine in this time, the dining area is small but has booths and tables for a small crowd. As with any business along this stretch of Union Street, parking might be a challenge. But, there are some spots in the small parking lot at the restaurant. There is a bar as well as a few TV's as well. Our cashier was very helpful and friendly. Try it...I know you're gonna like it.

This place is convenient for quick food! They offer sit down service or take out from the counter. Tacos are good, I love the different salsas they have, you can choose from a few different ones, they have them next to the soda machine, you can serve yourself as much and as often as you want. We had breakfast this time here, there breakfast combo hit the spot for sure! Our waitress was very kind, we love good service! The chef fixed our eggs to perfection!

Walked over from our hotel. Wanted to sit outside but the outdoor seating was unappealing especially since an urban camper was planted nearby. So we grabbed an indoor booth.

The server was friendly and moved things along but not too fast. We started with a beer and when you check-in with Yelp you get a house margarita for 1 cent!

We both ordered the combo platters with enchiladas, tacos, and tostados. All were very good. The pork taco had a bit of heat. They do not provide chips and salsa as a free starter - inflation?

Also we discovered too late that they have a salsa bar that you can use to enhance your meals. Maybe we missed this because the menu was via a QR code which I usually find is harder to get the big picture of the menu. Easier to miss items..

This place is so genuine! The staff is so kind and attentive. Both take out and dine in are prompt. The margaritas are good - tip: get them spicy!

I love the salsa bar, their house salsa and chips are excellent. For food recommendations, try anything with carne asada or the Al pastor tacos.

Finally found an actual authentic Mexican Restaurant!! You're not paying 5$ for a single taco that has no flavor. Tried the taco plate. Asada, Carnitas and Legua.... All . Rice and beans are so good... beans don't taste like they just came out of a can.... An the rice‍! Definitely suggest giving a try... found my new Authentic Mexican spot!!

The staff was nice and food was ready upon my arrival. The tacos and torta left more to be desired. Compared to other tacos and tortas in the area I was not impressed. Maybe it was an off day.

We stopped in last night and ordered our usual. As the salsa bar is closed due to pandemic / health related concerns, our server kindly brought us a sampling of their sauces / toppings.

El Torito is hands down one of our favorite authentic Mexican go tos. Everything is cooked fresh and made it order. It's a laid back, friendly atmosphere.

It always feels good to stop in. If you're looking for authentic Mexican food, def stop in. Great food, smiling faces and a great experience await you.
