Catholic Youth Ministry

In the Gospel this week we hear about the radical demand of discipleship. We learn we must put God before all else in our lives including family, work/school, friends, and pleasure. Bring It Home by choosing at least one thing to do differently this week that shows your family is putting God first. For example, attend Mass together, put down electronics for family prayer time, or together help a neighbor with yard work or by cooking a hot meal for them.

Bring It Home is published each Thursday by the Office for Catholic Youth and Young Adult Ministry in an effort to assist parents in fulfilling their role as the first teachers in the ways of faith. Feel free to share these tips with friends. To subscribe others, please click here.
