Sanborn Head Promotes Four

Concord, NH  — Sanborn, Head & Associates, Inc. (Sanborn Head) recently announced the promotions of the following key staff members: Tricia Pinto, P.E.; Eric Steinhauser, P.E.; Brian Beaudoin, P.E. and Steve Wright, P.E.

 

“Congratulations are in order,” said President and Chief Operating Officer Barret Cole.  “These members of our team have contributed to moving Sanborn Head forward and we would like to recognize them for their efforts.”

 

Tricia Pinto, P.E., has been promoted to Senior Vice President.  Tricia is the leader of the Developer Client Service Area at Sanborn Head and serves on the firm’s Board of Directors.  Under her leadership, the Developer team has seen significant growth in business over the past two years.  She is also actively involved with the business community and several industry associations.  “Tricia’s leadership is defined by sincerity, integrity and a commitment to the greater good philosophy,” mentioned Cole.

 

Eric Steinhauser

Eric Steinhauser P.E., has been promoted to Senior Vice President.  Eric has been instrumental in the successful design and permitting of solid waste management in several New England communities.  “Eric has strong business development acumen, and he regularly engages junior staff through mentoring and staff development,” said Cole.  “He often assists our younger staff with conference presentations and publications for professional societies, always making time for learning, development and mentoring our staff.”

 

Brian Beaudoin, P.E. has been promoted to Vice President.  Brian embodies what it takes to be a successful consultant and trusted advisor by forging and maintaining strong relationships with his clients.  “Brian is a tireless business developer who has effectively worked across client service areas to diversify services offered by Sanborn Head in Vermont,” noted Cole.  “He is an effective mentor who continually provides feedback to junior staff and seeks input from them exhibiting a genuine interest in their development.”

Steve Wright, P.E. has been promoted to Vice President.  Steve has over 25 years of experience with a wide range of solid waste design, permitting and construction projects, including landfill design, environmental assessment, closure, transfer station and materials recovery facility design and solid waste management planning for municipal and private clients.  “Steve’s skill set and client base has helped the Solid Waste Client Service Area, serve our important existing clients while diversifying our portfolio with the addition of several municipal projects,” Cole added.
