STEP 2nd Annual Industry & Research Appreciation Day

Join the Sustainable Technologies Evaluation Program for an exciting afternoon celebrating our industry and research partners.

• Tour the Power Trip Trail and see Canada’s oldest, roof-mounted, grid-connected PV System, as well as the Solar PV Test Site, Solar Thermal displays, the new BIPV-T Test Hut currently under construction, and the site for the proposed BRE Innovation Park
• Walk through a poster session of STEP research projects and BRE Innovation Park student design projects
• Tour the Kortright Permeable Pavement Parking lot and see examples of different permeable pavement applications
• Visit the Archetype Sustainable House and learn about different sustainable technologies such as geothermal, co-generation, air-source heat pumps, solar thermal, and more!
