Called him the day before, said he had some other jobs, but would try to squeeze me in.

Got to us around noon. Came out, knew about the locks, quickly pulled them, re-keyed them all, and re-installed them. What more could you ask for?

I needed a handle lock set changed out and Rob responded almost immediately to my request and after a brief call to describe my needs he scheduled me for the next day. He arrived right on time and had the job completed quickly. The new handle and lock looks great and works perfectly. I highly recommend this company! Thanks Rob!

I communicated with both Connor and Rob. Rob came to fix what I thought was a broken lock. To my surprise and joy Rob determined it was faulty keys. Of our locks promptly and with ease and experience. He educated us on the style/ age of some of our locks(they were old!!) and was knowledgeable in assisting us with finding a new lock we would like. I have dealt with other locksmith's before, but Connor is one of the best in the business! Honestly! He was like hopping over a locked gate like a rabbit (lol), assessed the situation and preceded to change all the door knob locks like a pro!
I mean if I had called someone else, they probably would of nickel and dime'd me and sucked up every red cent they could like the past locksmiths.
Connor actually did so much more, and only charged me the bare minimum. Service with a smile! Awesome personality & great work ethics!
