Ever wondered how Cristiano Ronaldo built up those incredible hamstrings? Well, wonder no more.
We all know the Real Madrid star spends as much time in the gym as he does the training ground but he has finally revealed just how he works out the tricky muscle group in a new video sent directly to his 80 million Instagram followers.
Evidently, all you need is the ability to move your legs in a circular motion whilst attached to some heavy-duty weight. Judging by the size of Ronaldo's hammys, he has been executing this workout for years.
Cristiano Ronaldo impressed on his fitness video debut but needs to work on his camera angle
Of course, the Portuguese's commitment to his personal fitness is one of the main reasons he has reached the very top of the game.
You don't win three Ballon d'Or awards without a little something called dedication and, along with a few less desirable traits, Ronaldo's got it by the bucketload.
The fact that he is still working hard to improve himself just three months before he turns 32 points to a man who has no intention of falling from his high perch.
But it is not all fun and games in Ronaldo's world. His failure to score at the Bernabeu against Athletic Bilbao on Sunday extended his home drought to four games. Since signing for Los Blancos in 2009, that has never happened before.
Ronaldo's appetite for the gym is legendary as is the physique that has come as a result of it
Ronaldo fans were left with little to the imagination after this short clip
With four goals in his last eight games, there is hardly a concern that his scoring days are over but the Bernabeu crowd made their dissatisfaction with his performance clear when Isco was chosen to come off for Lucas Vazquez in the 65th minute.
There was a suggestion that Zinedine Zidane took the easy route by substituting the Spaniard when Ronaldo was the one who should have been sacrificed. After the way Ronaldo reacted the last time he was brought off, you cannot blame the Frenchman for thinking twice.
Ronaldo is still a long way from being dropped but even if he does lose his place, the gym will always be open.
