  • Owner of the Animal ER of Northwest Houston 
  • Certified Veterinary Journalist with the American Society of Veterinary Journalists
  • Veterinary Medical Director at Metabolic Wellness Institute 
  • 2005 graduate of Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine
Dr Jennifer Hennessey has over 17 years of experience in emergency and critical care. She is published in numerous magazines and journals, has a column in the TVMA Texas Veterinarian magazine, as well as is a frequent guest for Houston’s Fox 26, KPRC 2 News and on Great Day Houston. Her professional interests include teaching veterinary students and mentoring new graduates in the methods of emergency care and holds over 5 years of experience presenting veterinary education topics.
