Q Do you offer different grades of steel for different budgets? A You will be delighted to know we only use top quality, British Steel to ensure that we can provide a structurally sound building guaranteed for 25 years.
Q Do you deliver abroad? A Yes we do, currently to Europe only.
Q Do I need planning permission for this building? A We always suggest you get advice from the local authorities regarding planning permission prior to engaging us, however we also offer you a planning service.
Q Is the price advertised for supply of the frame and delivery only? A Yes it is, but we can quote to do the groundwork / concrete base and build it for you.
Q What are your payment terms? A A 25% deposit is required to place the building on order. The remaining 75% balance payment is then required 7 days prior to delivery to site. 50% of the erecting fees are required once the steel frame has been erected the remaining balance is due within 3 days of the building being completed.
Q Does the product have BS (British Standards) Approval? A Yes it does.
Q How long will it last? A Our buildings come with a 25 year guarantee, however they should last for at least 40 years.
Q Do you supply doors, windows, roller shutters and guttering? A Yes we can design your building to incorporate all of those and supply them (and fit them if you like)
Q Apart from farm buildings, do you build any other steel buildings? A Yes we build farm buildings, workshops, distribution centres, offices, aircraft hangers, single or multiple garages, tractor sheds, stables and indoors equestrian riding arenas, showrooms, boat houses and any other steel buildings you can imagine (except for a garden shed).
