We are asking community members for their reflections and advice as to what worked well and what could be improved during the second phase of PB (which will begin this summer).

- Ease/difficulty of using Google drive as the main place to store and share info

For example, consider:
- How you heard about voting options/locations
- Voter eligibility (Cambridge resident 12+ years old)
- In-person voting events (City Hall, Main Library, Youth Centers, Senior Centers, etc.)
- Online voting and text message-authentication
- Voter surveys
- Get out the vote efforts (canvassing, social media, Cambridge chronicle, City website, email blasts, etc.)
- Translated materials (paper ballots in 5 languages, online ballot in English & Spanish)
- Design/layout of ballots
- Stickers & T-shirts (branding)
- Results party on April 7

Outreach & Engagement
For example, consider:
- How you heard about PB
- Targeting engagement at underserved groups
- Availability of materials in other languages
- Use of website, social media, newspaper articles, door hangers, pledge cards, flyers, email blasts, phone banking, etc. to spread the word
- Other channels to spread the word
- Convenience of meetings (location, time, accessibility, childcare available, food provided)
- Responsiveness of City staff if you had a question
