Jeff, Sally and Laurie will present the critical components of a green lease and how to leverage this powerful tool to dramatically improve your workplace sustainability, with examples from their experiences.

A role playing exercise is next… you will take on a role as landlord, tenant or leasing agent and engage in a Green Lease Negotiation – your group will identify issues of agreement and articulate where your positions differ. Learn how to “power up” your next lease negotiation with new understandings and insights that will dramatically improve the sustainability of your workplace. We will wrap up the evening with a reception and networking.
