One of the best things about being an older sister is showing your younger siblings the ropes. At Gucci's recent resort show, Dakota Johnson did just that. While for most it involves buying them their first pint or showing them how best to pull off a strong cat-eye flick, the actress and long-time friend of the house took her sisters, Stella Banderas and Grace Johnson, along for the front-row view.
Naturally - the moment called for a full Gucci look and each sister interpreted Alessandro Michele's aesthetic in their own way. Dakota embraced the heady temperatures of Florence in May by wearing a plunging halterneck floral dress with metallic sliders and a messy top knot, 17-year-old Grace took on the sportier side of the brand with aplomb in a cream satin baseball-inspired look, while 20-year-old Stella chose to go full lady-like in a cream shift dress and platform espadrilles.
By now you're probably wondering how these three are related? All bestowed with a surname that hints at serious Hollywood heritage, these girls are part of a fairly complex family tree. At 27, Dakota - the daughter of actors Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson - is the eldest, then Stella, who was born in Marbella in 1996, is the daughter of Melanie and fellow actor Antonio Banderas, whereas Grace was born to Don and Kelly Phleger in 1999. Got it? Phew.
