On Tuesday, April 28, our #EdShift chat will cover the use of technology on campus and in classrooms. What do innovative devices and tools mean for students, for educators and for journalism?

Join us at 1 p.m. Eastern Time / 12 p.m. Central Time / 10 a.m. Pacific Time as we discuss the successes and challenges of emerging technology in journalism classrooms, as well as ways that these tools can best be incorporated in J-School curricula.

The chat will be moderated by as usually by MediaShift’s Education Curator Katy Culver, with special guests Bob Gould of Michigan State, Cindy Royal from Texas State University, Mike Reilley of Arizona State, and Cid Freitag of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. A Storify of the chat will be added to this page after the chat.
