Here is the list of several tools which can help you with different areas of your blogging.

1. Store articles that you want to read

The first part of every good blog post is that it is written after thorough research on a certain topic. However, their amount of information on the internet is simply huge and bloggers often complain about how they do not have time to read it all. Well, there is this simple yet effective website called Pocket which lets you store everything for later. It does not have to be only an article, and you can store pictures, tweets, and many other things. The best thing about it is that it is available on smartphones as well, so you can reach for your content on that device as well.

2. Is your headline really that effective?

The next logical thing in writing a blog post is to come up with a good headline which will catch reader’s attention and get them interested in reading the article. It is not a particularly easy job to do, and it requires a lot of creativity on the writers’ side, sometimes taking up hours of their time. CoSchedule is a very simple and a very effective tool to use – you just have to type in your headline, and it will do a complete analysis. First of all, you will be shown a total score between 1 and 100, and as you scroll down you can find more information about the power of your words as well as about the best way to use them.

3. Create your images fast and insert them into your blog post

Once you start writing, you will need to insert pictures in order to keep the reader’s attention. Canva is a very simple tool which lets you create images using various patterns. To be more precise, Canva is specialized in making quote images with a huge freedom in choosing your own fonts, styles and background images. It is scientifically proven that if you insert pieces of texts into pictures and then insert those pictures into a blog post, it will get shared more on social media. In other words, if you are not experienced in using programs such as Photoshop in order to make images for your blog, this would be a good compensation.

4.+ 5. Proofread it, check it, edit it or have it all written by somebody else

The next step for you as a blog writer is to proofread and edit the whole document in order to make it easier to follow and clear. The thing is – you do not have to do that by yourself, and you can use Ginger to do the work for you. Whenever you type in a sentence in Ginger and click “Check it”, you will be given a list of grammar and spelling mistakes as well as alternative sentences with which you can replace your primary ones.
