DENVER — Rents are on the rise in Denver.
The average cost of rent in Denver is on average $1,772 a month according to a new report from Zillow.
In order to pay this rate, the renter would have to make $35 a hour, which is 4.5 times the minimum wage.
The cost of rent will continue to go up in the next few years, said Realtor Kevin Riser.
