Trust Trumps Everything

In 57 years of life, and over 3 decades as an entrepreneur, I have learned many lessons. One of the most important is the value and importance of trust. Perhaps you and your company provides superior products and services versus your competitors, but if the customer doesn't trust you, and/or your brand, you will never fully achieve the success you might have otherwise.

Trust is not something easily earned or can be taken for granted. Being honest, even when it hurts, is a hallmark to being deemed trustworthy. People in my life, including my clients know that I may not always tell them what they want to hear, but I will always tell them what they need to know.
