Marketing Intern

Marketing interns are members of the Marketing team and who are given the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and contribute to the bank’s overall success. North Shore Bank offers you experience with promotions, event planning, email marketing, advertising, public relations, sponsorships, social media and other communication initiatives.

Intern responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• assisting with special events
• generating online and social networking communications
• helping prepare news releases and publicity materials
• implementing branch promotions
• produce email content and supporting imagery
• compiling marketing research data providing
• general office support

We value an intern who has a good work ethic and strong writing skills, pays attention to detail and is interested in learning.

Preferred applicants are college juniors or seniors working toward a degree in marketing, communications or public relations. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoShop and knowledge of HTML is a plus.

The fall internship is a paid, temporary part-time (15-20 hours a week) position (additional hours during event periods) from September to December.

$10.00 per hour.
