This photo was taken on my trip to the Sequoia National Park in March of 2015. This image was the last one of the day as the clouds were starting to roll in through the mountain and forest areas. It was a heavily overcast day that day and the sun had only came out in moments. Just as in this particular moment the sun decided to come out and just ever so spotlight this tree line. This was taken handheld with my Nikon D7100 and I used photoshop curves adjustment to brighten up the original exposure and balance the image.
