FLAME | Relational and Systemic Leadership

FLAME | Relational and Systemic Leadership

The FLAME network meet nationally on Zoom and locally at a State level to continue to inspire, support and challenge Christian women in leadership in Christian education. If you are a male leader, you are encouraged and welcome to champion this initiative by attending yourself and/or encouraging a female leader on your board or school management team to be connected in to this network.

The focus of Flame 2022 will be to develop the capacity of female leaders by unpacking and applying the CSA Leadership Framework and engaging with the Leadership Rubric. The CSA Leadership Framework is not just for principals, but for leaders at all levels in their leadership journey.

Professional Learning at CSA links to the CSA Leadership Framework and Leadership Rubric. This event is suitable for leaders in the phases highlighted below.

Event Information

Christ-like leadership builds thriving learning and teaching environments. As we build our collective identity by embodying our story, embracing interdependence and building resilience we will develop our collective capacity to lead flourishing school communities.

Join us on 19 May as we continue our series unpacking the CSA Leadership Framework and deepen our understanding and engagement with the Rubric of leadership growth, focussing on Leaders of Culture: Embodying Story.

“My experience is that culture is usually defined by how we experience and get through the most difficult periods of school life - time and again, I've seen God's faithfulness in the storm and the team as grown more in these times than any other. We can only really build resilience together - it's an 'us' thing, not a 'me' thing.” Jane McLarty, Deputy Principal Green Point Christian College, NSW.
