• Credit Counseling: COI receives certification/approval provided by the United States Trustee Program, a component of the Department of Justice, to provide Pre Bankruptcy Counseling and Post Bankruptcy Debtor Education required by the court when filing bankruptcy.  We provide all bankruptcy counseling confidentiality and in person.  At COI you’re treated like a person, not just a number.  The counseling includes a personalized look at your finances to help you start over.

• Bankruptcy Counseling:  COI receives certification/approval provided by the United States Trustee Program, a component of the Department of Justice, to provide Pre Bankruptcy Counseling and Post Bankruptcy Debtor Education required by the court when filing bankruptcy. COI is approved to issue certificates in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code. Approval does not endorse or assure the quality of an Agency’s services. The USTP has neither reviewed nor approved other services the agency may provide. We provide all bankruptcy counseling confidentiality  and in person.  At COI you’re treated like a person, not just a number.  The counseling includes a personalized look at your finances to help you start over.  Services can be provided in person, virtually, or over the phone.

• Foreclosure Counseling:  Don’t wait until you’ve received a foreclosure notice; if you are behind or struggling to pay your mortgage on time, make an appointment to meet with one of our HUD-certified Housing Counselors.  Our foreclosure prevention services are provided free of charge to everyone.  We’ll work with you to review your situation, determine your options and navigate the confusing web of loan officers to avoid scams and foreclosure.
