Once payment is received, we will send you the first digital proof. You will have the opportunity to make up to two more rounds of revisions. Please note that revisions past the third round will incur a design fee of $35/hr. We will make sure to let you know if any of these fees will need to be charged beforehand. No surprises! Promise!

Once the proof is ready to go and has received final approval, we will then print and send the complete package based on the approved final proof. Your shipping notification will include tracking as well. We always check back in make sure you received everything and that it was to your liking.

♥ If our schedule permits, rush orders are available for a fee

♥ All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail USPS and includes insurance and tracking.
♥ Delivery times vary, but typically take 2-3 business days if within the continental US, and 6-10 business days outside the US.
♥ We do ship to other locations other than those listed. If your country does not appear in the list, message me for a shipping quote.

If you would rather print the item yourself or have a local printer do the work, all of the items in our shop come with a digital option. Simply message us about ordering the personalized digital file, and we'll send it to you in your preferred format (PDF, JPG, etc.). The cost for this is $35.

♥ The full-sized wine/champagne bottle labels measure 3.75 x 4.75 and come 4/sheet.
♥ There are two options for mini wine bottles. The 4 x 3 labels fit 375ml bottles and come 6/sheet. The 2 x 3 labels fit 187.5ml bottles and come 10/sheet.

NOTE: Please make sure you choose the correct size for your bottles when ordering. The labels come in both portrait and horizontal orientation. Usually the 4.75x3.75 size works best for full-size champagne bottles, but sometimes 4x3 works as well. The 3.75x4.75 size is best for full-size wine bottles. The 2x3 and 3x4 work for mini labels as well in either orientation. We are not responsible for your ordering labels that do not fit your bottles. We will consult as to the appropriate size for your bottles

All of our labels are printed on high-quality, water resistant adhesive label paper, so colors stay true, even when bottles are refrigerated.

Yes. The minimum order for balloons is 15. The minimum order for labels is 3 sheets. For orders over the minimum, we do offer special bulk pricing. Please message me and we can set up a custom listing for you, or you can simply click the "Request Custom Order" button.
