According to a new study, bananas are the next super food for sperm boosting! Bananas are rich in nutrients needed for healthy sperm count. The vitamin B1, including A, C and even magnesium are found in bananas and play an active role in the production of sperm. No monkey business, just eat your bananas!

Research has shown that male fertility and semen production has declined to half the the normal output of men 50 years ago. About six percent of males between fifteen to fifty suffer from reduced fertility. The decline in sperm can be attributed to exposure to PCBs, DDT, dioxin, pesticides, plastics, and industrial pollutants.

Infertility is a surprisingly common problem among men.
