CLEVELAND, OH -- Chunks of ice were visible along the Rocky River near the boat launch area of Emerald Necklace Marina, Friday, March 13, 2015. The waterway was flowing and with the recent warm temperatures, the National Weather Service issued a flood watch in the afternoon for area rivers and creeks for ice jam flooding. Rain is expected this weekend.
