'I love them so much!' Iggy Azalea gushes over her newly revealed boob job and admits friends told her 'no one will ever know because they're so small'

She recently revealed she had cosmetic surgery to enhance her breasts and Iggy Azalea can't seem to stop talking about her new assets.

Speaking with E! Online on Sunday at the 2015 iHeartRadio Music Awards she revealed why she spilled the beans, saying: 'I love them so much I had to talk about them.'

'Everybody did say, "I don't think you need to say it because no one will ever know because they're so small,"' she laughed on the red carpet.

Iggy's appearance at the awards show was the second time she has been spotted since revealing she got breast implants four months ago after appearing at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards the previous day.

When asked last week what she would change about her body, the blonde beauty told Vogue: 'I did change something: Four months ago, I got bigger boobs! I'd thought about it my entire life.'

Iggy added that she was tired of padding her stage costumes. She initially wanted to keep the surgery private so her younger fans wouldn't become self-conscious about their bodies.

'But then I decided I wasn't into secret-keeping,' she explained.

In June 2013, Iggy denied having any surgery on her shapely derriere, saying 'Everything is mine'.

'Of course the butt is mine. I heard it's not a real butt, I've heard it's a number of things. I heard sometimes it's my underpants. I heard it's implants. All kinds of crazy things.

'It's my flesh, it's my butt,' she told Sway Calloway on Sway in the Morning. 

This year, Iggy quit both Twitter and Instagram after she complained of trolls making comments about her bikini body.

She tweeted at the time: 'Just got back from a great vacation, came online and saw apparently it's shocking and unheard of to be a woman and have cellulite. Lol.

'I feel the hatred and pettiness i see online at all times is at making me become an angry person and I cannot be that.  

'To become nasty because of the way I feel iam treated would be a disservice to my fans and I promise i will try to keep smiling.

'But I also want to let my fans know iam taking some time away from social media. I need to be happy and it is too negative and draining (sic).'

Earlier this month, she also did the same on Instagram, with a notice on her profile saying: 'Until further notice Iggy's Instagram will be run by management. Iggy is taking a break from social media. She loves all her Azaleans (sic)!!'
