I paid extra to have my order delivered on a Saturday but it failed to arrive until Monday. Contacted the sales team but I have had no reply with an explanation for the Delay. I needed the items for the weekend so had to purchase items from high st retailer due to the failed delivery. Very poor service from Complete Aquatics.

Bought the marina vue 87 ,nice little tank ,3rd time I've bought from this company very reliable ,can't say the same for dpd though ,they delivered the tank on Saturday and the cabinet Tuesday

Can't fault them. Had a new tank delivered Monday which was well padded and packaged by the company but when I opened the inner box the lid had damaged hinges (caused by the tank manufacturer not securing the boxes of components inside the tank). Contacted Complete Aquatics and the issue was resolved straight away. They arranged for a new lid to be delivered the following day. This arrived well packaged again. Can't fault their customer service. Will definitely use again.

Very helpful when I realised I'd missed something off my order

First off, absolute bargain for the product purchased. Cheapest in the UK and the delivery was free and efficient too. The packaging was second to none and the product was almost perfect minus an issue with the lid. This issue was one of the manufacturers and not by complete aquatics. They were very quick to rectify the issue and their customer service was outstanding. All in all, this company has now gained me as a customer and I’ll be buying from here from now on.
The product in question was the exo terra dart frog terrarium.

Company rang to schedule my delivery after I queried the selected date due to my shift work, staff were incredibly polite and helpful and held the tank back until it needed shipping to keep it safe. Tank itself is beautiful and came in perfect condition. I would definitely use the company again.
