Finlay Clark, head of retail at Google will present ‘Getting your hands dirty with data’. You’ll learn about free tools that allow real-time customer insights through a fictional brand case study.

Alan Gilmour, head of strategy at Cogent Elliott, and Paul Hemmingway, head of marketing operations and digital at Police Mutual, will join forces to talk all things omnichannel. Their joint presentation will feature numerous case studies but focus on how Police Mutual transformed their customer journey.
