Our approach to Service Notices is changing to give customers a more personalized and self-served experience.
Subscribers will continue to see critical Service Notices about sailing cancellations and sailing delays, when over 60 minutes, arrive in their inbox. Others, like parking notifications and notices about minor service impacts, will be available online by visiting Current Conditions so please check it before leaving home to ensure you have all the latest information about your sailing.
