Amazing

Absolutely no stress with Kogan, even with everyone else mucking around I stopped buying online but I ended up giving Kogan a go & I am only sorry I didn’t shop with them sooner. They ship when they say, no delay & arrives on time. I cannot recommend them any higher! Now I have done my second purchase & still will not buy anything else online as the stress & not getting on time but Kogan not only have amazing deals & great prices all round they are a breath of fresh air for those of us in Metro Melbourne & again no excuses they are not letting us down like most businesses at present. Thank you Kogan!! I will be doing lots more shopping with you in the future.

Scammed, Disappointing and dissatisfied

I ordered an item this Christmas as a present for my partner from kogan, and of course I did not receive it. The BIGGEST problem with this order was kogan was selling the item to me where they did not even have a stock for it, yes you heard me right no stock for it and yet o paid for something not knowing it’s not gonna get delivered. I am using the app to track and as everything seemed just fine with legit shipment status being created but the of course no parcel was revived by the courier company. I spoke to the courier services to make sure of my parcel to be delivered on time and found out the truth behind the whole scheme. So kogan never really deployed my item on the first place (because there were no stock to begin with) later when I got in touch with kogan customer care through emails they disregarded the fact that the item was ever picked up by the courier service and asked me to wait till a certain date, by now it’s been 7 days passed the delivery date and nada, later customer care service gets back to me saying “their experienced freight is going to handle my delivery” ALL LIES, that never ended up happening. All in all I get final messages for taking refund and a mere apology.
Sadly it is almost too late for me to find the wishful present for my partner anymore. Thank you so very much for your assistance Kogan.

Longterm Kogan First Customer - one complaint about app

I am long term customer of Kogan who has recently signed up to the Kogan First loyalty program. I have been using my own Kogan created account for years.

There is no complaint about the app overall functionality. I find the app is actually much easier to use than Kogan desktop website. While browsing the desktop website, the navigation pane for different Kogan departments annoyingly blocks your view whilst browsing for products. I do not experience with the app. For that reason, every order has been made by me through the Kogan app.

I do have one complaint. At the checkout, you are constantly prompted to enter a delivery address for every single order despite saved addresses in my Kogan account. You can be logged into your Kogan account and the app always prompts you enter an address rather than select from those saved in your account. Once you proceed to next screen, the app prompts to select from your saved addresses anyway, making the earlier prompt a waste of time.,This does not happen while ordering on the desktop Kogan website. Why does the app exhibit this behaviour?
