A bear spotted early Tuesday morning wandering the streets of Tracy has managed to evade officers.The bear was first reported at about 8:45 p.m. Monday in the area of Lowell Avenue and Orchard Parkway, according to Tracy police.Watch report: 2 people report spotting bear in Tracy, snap photoOfficers searched the area, but could not find the animal.The second sighting was just before 2 a.m. Tuesday near Grantline and Corral Hollow roads, where someone managed to snap a photo of the bear, police said.Tracy police searched that area extensively, but again were not able to find the bear.The Department of Fish and Game has been notified of the bear sightings.Anyone who sees the bear is asked to call the Tracy Police Department at 209-831-4847.

A bear spotted early Tuesday morning wandering the streets of Tracy has managed to evade officers.
The bear was first reported at about 8:45 p.m. Monday in the area of Lowell Avenue and Orchard Parkway, according to Tracy police.

Officers searched the area, but could not find the animal.
