Pickup/Shipping Instructions

Please refer to "PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS" above for pickup or shipping details. In general, we will follow the guidelines below. (Note that you will be asked for your shipping location regardless of the item purchased - even if you intend to pick it up or have it emailed to you. Please complete this step as it is necessary to finalize the purchase).

1. E-Gift Certificates: Will be emailed to the winner.

2. Gift Cards/Gift Certificates (Hard Copy)/Items: You have the choice of picking-up these items at City Dogs Rescue & City Kitties' offices in Dupont Circle or we can mail/ship them to you. After the auction, we will contact you to determine your preferred method. Gift cards/gift certificates will be mailed at no charge. For shipped items, we will just charge you the direct shipping fee (but with no additional charges). While we recommend that fragile items and artwork be picked-up to the extent possible, we will also ship these items but will add a shipping insurance charge in the event of damage.

PLEASE NOTE-OPTIONAL DONATIONS: Item winners can also make an optional donation by checking off the appropriate box under "Shipping Options." (Due to the platform, we are unable to change the title to "Donation Options"). Thank you for any additional support.
