'Hey Mark, why aren't you accepting my friend request?'

If you’ve ever wanted to see all the users who have rejected your friend requests on Facebook, then good news! (Or bad, depending on how popular you are) There is a very simple way to do it.

Dedicated users of the social network for the last ten years will probably have had one or two rejections along the way to creating a friends list that likely includes random ex-primary school classmates you would avoid in the street, work colleagues and distant relatives.

It takes less than 60 seconds, here’s how you do it:

  1. Open Facebook (in a browser, not the app)
  2. Click on the friend request tab
  3. Select ‘view all’ in the drop down menu
  4. Then click on ‘view sent requests’

You can then either cry about all those people you thought were your friend or celebrate that no one has ever refused to be your friend.
